I offer a space for young adults and teens to think aloud and feel their emotions. Together we work on developing self-confidence, overcoming anxious thoughts and working through emotions that hold you back. Through a collaborative effort you will be able to clearly define who you are and what you want.
In our one-one-one sessions which last typically an hour (in person or online via google meet) you will have space to explore your emotions and your thoughts. I give you the time and the space to come to your own answers, your own realizations and break-throughs. I like to focus on helping you develop your own critical thinking skills which will serve you long after our time together has come to an end.

- Provide proof of purchase 24 hours in advance to secure your time slot.
- If it is possible please notify me of rescheduling or cancellations 24 hours in advance of the session.
- Sign and send in the mandate and indemnity form before our first session.
