Hi, I'm Jude Victor, a dedicated counsellor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I am registered with the CCSA [Reg no. IR10479]. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower you to find clarity, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Qualifications
My Approach
I apply logotherapy, a therapy based on the assumption that our primary motivational force is finding meaning in our lives. Logotherapy was developed by psychologist and holocaust survivor, Viktor Frankl. I believe this approach considers mind, body and spirit. We as humans are multifaceted and in our healing process, we must consider all contributing factors which affect how we feel.

Finding Freedom, A Poetry Collection
In March 2023 I published my first book. The title of this book refers to my journey of self-discovery. I had always believed I could blame others for 'taking my freedom away' - soon I realised no one was standing in my way - I had to take on the responsibility of working on my own perceptions to experience true freedom.
This book is a collection of realizations that led me to break free from the influence of my past, my peers and fears.
